If you are form Poland click HERE. Create a scenery and click 'Save'.
If you are not from Poland, you'll have to use a manual proxy:

After setting the manual proxy, go to:

http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=2253

Hit Enter and log in to your suite. Create a scenery and click 'Save'. When the page loads you can leave the proxy. The top should be in your suite.

ATTENTION: I'm not sure that this manual proxy is working. I live in Poland, so I didn't have to use the proxy. If it dosen't work, write in comment and I'll change the manual proxy.
