I you are from anywhere else, you will have to use a manual proxy:

After setting the manual proxy, go to:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=2183
Hit Enter and log in to your suite. Fill in the boxes and click 'Enter competition'. The top should be in your suite.
