If you aren't from the UK, you have to use a web proxy: http://www.daveproxy.co.uk/
Type this into the URL bar:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=2116
Hit Enter and log in to your suite. Fill in the box and click 'Enter competition'. When the page loads, you can leave the proxy. The T-shirt should be in your suite.
