If you are form the UK click HERE. Dress up the doll and click 'Save'.
If you are not from the UK, you'll have to use a manual proxy:
IP: 213.229.83.27 Port: 6515
After setting the manual proxy, go to:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=2190
Hit Enter and log in to your suite. Dress up the doll and click 'Save'. When the page loads you can leave the proxy. The leggings should be in your suite.
