If you are form Poland click HERE. Choose a photo and click 'Enter competition'.
If you are not from Poland, you'll have to use a web proxy: http://proxyhideout.com/
Type this into URL bar:
http://stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=2337
Hit Enter and log in to your suite. Choose a photo and click 'Enter competition'. When the page loads you can leave the proxy. The top should be in your suite.

The proxy http://proxyhideout.com/ will allow you to add the photo, so no manual proxy needed!
