If you are from anywhere else, you will ahve to use a manual proxy:

After setting the manual proxy, go to:
http://www.stardoll.com/en/contest/view.php?id=2201
Hit 'Enter' and log in to your account. Create a scenery and click 'Enter competition'. The Carnvial Mask should be in your suite.
