If you are from Russia click HERE. Choose a photo and click 'Send to competition'.
If you are not from Russia, you'll have to use a web proxy: http://nlproxy.ru/
Type this into URL bar:

Hit Enter and log in to your suite. Choose a photo and click 'Send to competition'. When the page loads you can leave the proxy. The shoes should be in your suite.
